It was good but can use more options

It was alright. But the typing on the cake message typing to send with gift should be more optimised. It does not show special characters and it cannot be changed after entering either. The cake I ordered the letters were a bit smudged as well. The flowers looked good.

Really happy with my recent order as I requested they delivered it before 5 pm. WhatsApp number also replied on time and communicated well. One book was not able to deliver but I am ok with that and I do understand about difficulties.

Categorization of products and brands are done well. Should give chances to new comers to the industry brands through surveying and introduce them also to the customers. Because same brands are seen most of the times in your site.

I really appreciate the excellent service of Kapruka. My mum was so happy to have her gift delivered to her place on time . The bday card which I was selected was not available but one of the customer service agents checked with me to replace it with another better card which was great.
