Im highly satisfy with your service as my key objective was to deliver the gifts on time. however i have received an email with a request to return a call. When I called I was informed the issue since they need to use some substitutes instead the two items i have ordered due to short of stock. i happen to call three times to get hold of an officer. why not when you shoot an email just state with the problem and the options which could be fast and easy to overseas customer. especially when we are out of Sri Lanka and different time zone.
