The food order was from Jack Tree to be delivered to my parents also living in Nugegoda just 10 minutes away from the restaurant The lunch delivery was supposed to be before 1 pm. My parents have sent their vehicle to your office after food being delayed. The delivery person should have called the phone and let my parents know if the delay.
