I was disappointed when the delivery could not be done by 6pm. If it was not possible to deliver by 6pm the requested time you should have emailed me informing the situation. Then an alternative arrangement would have been suggested. My mother could not have the dinner that I ordered for her that day because she was fast asleep. and also it caused such a lot of inconveniences for the others at home. I had a similar incident ordering a Pizza meal trough Kapruka before.In your information page it is best to include the approximate delivery time. For example the lunch can be delivered only after 1130AM. This would inform the customer ahead of time the restriction he has to take into consideration.
