Would be great if theres a method to track the delivery after its been dispatched from Kapruka. That way we will know exactly when our package will arrive. Currently we have to expect it any moment within the day so we cannot step out of home until it arrives.

I ordered items at around 9pm in UK time and reached to the destination around 6pm next day in Sri Lankan time. One item was not available and they phoned me and said they are going to refund money for that item. If it was appeared your system that the item is sold out I would not order and much easier for both parties. Overall I am very happy for the service and Balraj was very friendly and quickly approached to me

Kapruka ordering site is of very low standard. Its nowhere closer to a ordering site of a basic start up company. You have to develop this site a lot. Its not customer friendly at all. I would give a few examples When you browse a product and it takes you back to the top of the list. You have to again scroll and find the place you stopped When you search a product it shows you as available and when you try to order it it says out of stock. Ive been a kapruka customer for 10 years now. For the last 10 years I have not seen a development in the Kapruka ordering site compared to how sophisticated the other internet platforms in Sri Lanka are. most of the items on Kapruka site are very expensive compared to the local market. Hope you have rectified this after Dulith Herath got caught to the consumer affairs authorities. Kapruka doesnt have enough groceries to order. Chive is very limited. most of the good stuff always say out of stock. positives Im very thankful to Kapruka for delivering the goods to rural outstation areas on time. That service is exceptional. Hope you take the feedback seriously and take action to develop the ordering site m. That needs the complete revamp. Thank you !
