It is easy to understand and follow what and how to place an order.It is my first order and quite happy. Only thing when you guys sent me 2 eamils saying having difficulty with my order please call...it would be good to write a small description of what the problem is. Would be beneficial for the customer. But as I called the office guy was very helpful. And customer service was very quick to reply my emails.

This was the first time my order got delayed. I know it s not kapruka fault I did a last minute order but what I m trying to say is rather than sending a email to the customer to call back to discuss options kapruka could have let the customer to take decision via email or online option forum. Because the customer may not always have the facility to call Sri Lanka and the time but overall you guys are doing a great job. Thanks RUMESH
