Shipping is on time. Selecting the order of your choice needs tuning. Have a choice where the customer is instantly rejected if the order is not able to be delivered in a particular state.Differentiation of costs is a loss to customer.

Service is good and on time. It wouldBe better if you could send a cash receipt email with the amount and all after customer making the payment.

Would appreciate if the team can maintain privacy of the message sent along with the gift. Some other providers have the message in an enclosed envelope so that the delivery person dont have an opportunity to read it I am not saying that they read it but there is a possibility. Also the websit is now becoming more crowded with SKUs so appreciate a change of the website theme.

I wanted to change the address of delivery and I contacted SL number wasnt working South Australia Number no one picked up UK number went to the message bank so many times US number no answer kind of poor communication on those number and specially the SL number is very important as lots of deliveries in SL. Must change or update the easy way of contacting rather than emails to get a better quality service! By the way my problem was fixed after few emails and thanks for that. That was excellent but should have an easy way of communicating
