When ordering food you should give time options as we don t know if food is being delivered in the afternoon morning or evening. How can I inform them to not cook and wait for the food when I don t know the time myself.

The follow up is very prompt with Kapruka. If I do make a mistake with the an order there is always a call from Kapruka to clarify the order. Also the deliveries are done on time which is great. Had a few issues with the fruits when every I place any order for a fruit basket when and that too the fruits have been replaced by Kapruka if the customer make a complain.On the whole I rate Kapruka an excellent service and very reliable. Keep the good work Kapruka

I had the worst experience! So disappointed!!! This was my very first order since I came to US. I wanted to order few more to my relatives but Im glad I just did one order and thought of doing the rest once this is done! The guy who called my mom regarding the delivery kept complaining that its far and wasnt a good in a good way either. He had taken a wrong route. Its his fault. Im am very disappointed with the service how could he say that. My total was 44 and charged me some 1.50 extra as the address wasnt in their limits. I dont mind charging any amount! As long as I get it done. I got an order when I was back in Sri Lanka and I received it in time with no issue. This is probably my last order from Kapruka sorry to say this.... I want the one who receive this to be happy and not any disappointment.
