Absolutely dreadful experience! I wont be ordering from Kapruka again. I purchased a food item for my husbands birthday only to be told one day before the event that it couldnt be delivered due to its imminent expiration. How am I supposed to handle such news the day before his birthday To make matters worse the customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly irritating and all he could talk about was company policies. What kind of law allows a company to accept orders for products they dont have or shipments in transit This marks the second time Ive had such a terrible experience with Kapruka.
