with the food sometime the portions are less. when you say enough for 1 to 2 it is only enough for one prson.

It is an unforgetable experience. Usually Kapruka used to send the delivery notification as soon as the items are delivered. But this time it too nearly 8 days to send me the notification.

I have experienceD bad service from kapruka once my order were delivered for 3 separate times next one for 2 times. I clearly mentioned that needed them to deliver at once but still it wasnt done. same thing has happened to lots of my friends who use your service.

Online shopping was easy. Due to a crisis situation had to cancel the order and try calling all the numbers but couldnt get through. So left messages. Actually it was surprising that one of the employee Mohammad returned my call to Canada and professionally handle the situation. Though I was not able to cancel the cake I ordered for my moms birthday he said the Chinese food can be cancelled and return the money to my credit card. Very easy to select the items within short time.

Delivering the food has to be on time.More than one hour not acceptable.

Not really happy with the service provided for this order. Just an hour before the delivery they called the recipient advised that they dont have the one of the main meal quantity ordered 2 is not available changed the order.

Delivery was very bad. They came many hours late from the promised delivery time. They even insisted payment eve though it was prepaid.

My experience with Kapruka has been very satisfactory.
