The services was good but this time the goods were delivered by the 3rd party courier company as they did not handle the goods very well as your kapruka delivery team does some items were spilled damaged

No doubt the service is great. However to find and select most items from your website is an annoying experience. Please improve you website. Otherwise even your current customers may seek other sourses that provide easy and simple selections. Nobody would be happy to keep on searching various pages to find what they need. Please take this as a positive criticism for you to improve and excel.
