I appreciate ur great work. But I was an anonymous customer So I dont kw whether my gift is delivered or not until I received ur confirmation email. So hope u will inform us as soon as gift delivered. It takes too much time to update status. there are few suggestions You can share delivering persons details with us so we can get to know the status before u update the details on web page or mail Its better u can make a mobile app then we can directly engaged with delivering person and he can update details on time As a customer I want to know exact time u delivered my gift to recipient. confirmation message had not include that details too.Hope you guys consider above suggestions and improve ur service as well. cheers!!!

I see few opportunities for improvement.1. need to expedite the tracking and delivery updates kind of on line direct from the dispatcher2. why not you make a mobile app for kapruka I do not have to tell you how useful it will be and your revenue will no doubt increase.3. promote impulse buying for allied accessories
