Some of the things that I was looking for like cakes from Kingsbury and gift vouchers from cotton collection were sold out . Even though I checked for two weeks whether they would be available again. But they were not.

The service is good. I wanted to send it as a gift but the recipient was not home. Another member of the household picked it up and kapruka staff opened and verified the number of vouchers. It would have been good if the staff member repackaged the vouchers to its original state and given after counting the vouchers rather than handing it over as is.
