We placed an order to send flowers to a funeral parlor in Colombo with a quick notice on the same day. One of the representatives from Colombo called us in the USA within a short time to get the contact details of the recipient. We didnt know the mobile numbers of the recipient and knew only the address of the funeral parlor in Colombo. The rep said they would try to deliver. It was amazing that the flowers were delivered to the right place by around 830 AM Sri Lanka time just after about 4 and a half hours of placing the order. The customer care and efficiency provided by Kapruka were exceptional. This is probably about the fifth time we used the services of Kapruka to send flowers and we will continue to use Kapruka. Thanks for the great service.

Kapruka is trustworthy and it is a useful website especially for Sri Lankans living abroad to send groceries cake flowers and household things to their family and friends living in Sri Lanka. One of the greatest service Kapruka has is the Cash delivery service. Some countries dont allow money transfers from their country to Sri Lanka. Therefore Kapruka comes in as a great help to those living in such countries to send money to their family. Except for those Covid lockdown period Kaprukas deliver service has been on time. Some of the things that can be improved or enhanced are your availability of more grocery vegetables and fruit items. You can include more items and more brands so that people have a choice to select. Also you could improve the electronic and house hold appliances. Some of he restaurants have been removed from your list. May be you can have more restaurants included so that people have a better choice to order. You have the date of delivery selection option but it would also be good if you could have the selection of time option also. Incase you want a certain items for example a cake or bouquet or cash to be delivered before a certain time or on a particular time then we can select that time option. You search option could also be improved. Sometimes I receive emails from Kapruka in Sinhala only. It would be helpful if you could send in English so that people who cant read Sinhala can also understand what you have sent.
