Pizza BBQ 9' - Regular - harpos

My usual shopping experiences are great. But this time the pizza that was ordered the Italian pizza from Harpos was not at all good according to the recipient. The pizzas were burnt and not at all like a pizza I was told. Your vendors suplying products like that would not reflect good on Kapruka. I wonder whether they offer any money back guarantee for that kind of bad service or whether you have any agreement with your vendors for poor service. Please let me know what you can do for something that was NOT AT ALL satisfactory. I was very disappointed with my purchase this time and would definitely NOT order from that vendor through your website. Please get back to me on this. I spent about 20 on the two pizzas in addition to my other order.

I like very much the speed of delivery the care and the quick response afterwards on the flowers I like the photo that you send me. The 9 above not 10 is simply because I know that you are trying to do better.
