The Service is really good the website needs to improve. sometimes I feel its not user friendly and as a professional I can see there is more things that need to improve. But this is bit normal with Sri Lankan website.1. Theres NO review on products that help the buys to decide whether that product suits for you.2. and sometime new ecommerce website shows other alternative products3.better quality pictures and especially videosand there are more thingsPlease carry out a usability test on that.Other than that the service provided is excellent.But when you providing 3rd party items you need to be bit careful that you deliver good product that value for the money I only had one previous experience.but Kapruka is a satisfied trusted service.
