The products were cut off from the list on the box but I was charged for 2 x Munchee Onion 180ggrocery00438. I was told by the delivery driver that Kapruka would either resend the items or refund. If not for this mishap I would definitely consider your service to be perfect.

Hi. I ordered groceries to be delivered to Colombo. The delivery was done but with some items yet to be delivered. I was informed of the delayed item and the product which was not in stock. I would suggest the following recommendations if you can specially in the crisis moments. 1 Ask customer replacement products if you do not have the item in stock 2 Try and implement a 6 hour or 12 hour deliver service 3 Expand your pharmaceutical products on your site 4 Expand you grocery products on your site
