I am very happy to choose Kapuka for sending gifts to Sri Lanka. Always promptly delivered as promised. My disappointment is some items I like to send seem to be sold out. I would like it if you could replenish them quickly. It could be also the scarcity of items that may be beyond Kaprukas control. Overall very happy with the service.

It was great. But I think the mobile application need to be updated a bit with good user experience.browser back button didnt function properly and I had to add an item to the cart to go back to where I was. I would prefer to go back to where I was after checking a single item description.

Requested following day delivery and done well. Website can be improved as quantity of some items cannot be increased and have to add one by one. Good to have variety of choices but some of them out of stock. Overall very good service.
