Sometimes restaurants food were not good quality

I m really satisfied with your excellent service. I sent 2 dinners to my parents this month and last month through Kapruka and I m really happy that they have done their job exactly the way I wanted it to be perhaps even better. Eg I have given the instructions to deliver the meal for dinner but they have asked from my parents whether they would prefer to have it for dinner or lunch. It seems my father wanted it for lunch. So it was really nice of Kapruka to ask them.

I can always count on kapruka to make my family feel closer to me. Thank you for all you do.

Extremely satisfied. I had made a mistake during ordering and I had to call from USA to get it straightened out. A lady at the customer service helped me out in an extremely polite and a helpful manner. Overall Kapruka is doing a fantastic job! Thanks very much!
