The follow up is very prompt with Kapruka. If I do make a mistake with the an order there is always a call from Kapruka to clarify the order. Also the deliveries are done on time which is great. Had a few issues with the fruits when every I place any order for a fruit basket when and that too the fruits have been replaced by Kapruka if the customer make a complain.On the whole I rate Kapruka an excellent service and very reliable.
