In your side a small thing to be more considered according to my experience what i had to face was flowers were not available as per my choice and happened to satisfied according to the you all stock available forgetting my preference and at that time i was little disappointed.but other matters related to the job have been done perfectly. Try to maintain a proper stock as per customer request in future. Thanks for the good service.

The order I placed was not the item that was delivered. I got a call the next morning after placing the order to be informed that the flowers I had ordered werent available. Thankfully it wasnt a major issue this time but I hope this doesnt happen again in the future this was my first time ordering on Kapruka.Also would be helpful if the height measurement is specified on the product pages of wreath stands.

It was a good experience as you contacted me to ask when to deliver the funeral wreath that I ordered. Some companies that I use to deliver items to Sri Lanka send a photo of the product that was delivered. It will be very useful to see a photo of the final product as it was delivered.

It was great. I have been using kapruka for more than a decade now and they have never disappointed me.

We placed an order to send flowers to a funeral parlor in Colombo with a quick notice on the same day. One of the representatives from Colombo called us in the USA within a short time to get the contact details of the recipient. We didnt know the mobile numbers of the recipient and knew only the address of the funeral parlor in Colombo. The rep said they would try to deliver. It was amazing that the flowers were delivered to the right place by around 830 AM Sri Lanka time just after about 4 and a half hours of placing the order. The customer care and efficiency provided by Kapruka were exceptional. This is probably about the fifth time we used the services of Kapruka to send flowers and we will continue to use Kapruka. Thanks for the great service.
