There is nothing wrong with Kapruka service it is excellent. However the delivery guy of the order of fried rice had been rude to my mother saying it was too far for him. A detailed email will be sent to your email address. That would make us think twice next time to make such orders through Kapruka.

It is an unforgetable experience. Usually Kapruka used to send the delivery notification as soon as the items are delivered. But this time it too nearly 8 days to send me the notification.
