I hope you can consider expanding your customization options in the future.Another suggestion I would like to make is to arrange a system where customers can order food and get it delivered on the same day. For instance if we order in the morning we should be able to get the delivery in the afternoon and if we order in the afternoon we should get the delivery in the evening. This would be extremely helpful for lastminute orders especially for special occasions.Regarding delivery Im afraid I had a disappointing experience. Specifically when it comes to delivering special occasion cakes I believe its essential to have a more reliable and communicative delivery system. Currently the delivery system lacks transparency and customers are not informed about the exact delivery time. This can lead to complications as it did in my case.I had ordered a birthday cake and I had to go out to make some event arrangements. Unfortunately the delivery driver didnt inform me about the delivery time and no one was at home to receive the cake. The driver told me that he would be delivering other products to a far destination and wouldnt be able to deliver the cake again. He said he would return the cake to the Kapruka office and I would have to go there pay and deal with them. This was incredibly frustrating especially on a special day when I was already busy with event arrangements.To improve the delivery experience I suggest that you specify the delivery time or inform customers a couple of hours before arriving at the delivery location. This would help customers plan their day better and ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.I hope you will take my feedback and suggestions seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the overall online shopping experience on Kapruka.com.
