Not like previous Kapruka service now the customer care is really good. They response to my request quickly and arranged my order according to my needs. On the other hand the delivery service is better than the previous. Because of my previous experience they were very lazy to travel outer Colombo areas because most of the times they have only one delivery to handle. But now the delivery service seems improved.
