Product Description:


The Tonyin Headlight Renovation Kit is a hand-applied restoration system designed to fix yellowed, cloudy, or oxidized headlights. It features a high-performance liquid coating that restores factory-level clarity without the need for power tools. This kit is a convenient solution for improving nighttime visibility and restoring the as-new look of vehicle plastic lenses.

Application:


  1. Clean the headlight and mask off the surrounding paint with tape.
  2. Wet sand the lens using the provided green sanding discs, starting from the lowest grit to the highest until the surface is uniform and smooth.
  3. Dry the headlight completely.
  4. Apply a small amount of renovation fluid to the white applicator pad.
  5. Wipe the fluid evenly across the lens in a single direction to reveal the clear finish.
  6. Allow the coating to cure in a dry environment for at least 2 hours.
